We have been a family-operated mobile home park located in Roy, Utah since 1974. Alan Nye developed this area from an old farm and operated the park until his death in 2003. The park is now managed by his son, Rodger Nye.
It has been our family’s desire that Monte Vista always be the preeminent mobile home park in Utah, with wide streets, large, open spaces and high-quality landscaping.
